Consultation in Internal Family Systems

For Level 1 (or further) Grads

For Internal Family Systems therapists and practitioners, group consultation offers an affordable, supportive way to enhance your learning. While skill-building is crucial, equally important is identifying what parts of us get activated and can lead to stuck points, impasses, and other struggles. In other words, what happens so that our connection to Self-energy is disrupted. This can entail participants doing their own work with me or another member.  Practice is an essential part of my groups.

Each group is different and participants are asked to identify how they would each like to use the time and how time will be allotted. This can take place before group via email or at the start of each group.

Members must at least be in a Level 1 IFS training at the time of starting. 

For Those Waiting for IFS Training

Many practitioners and therapists are eager to begin their IFSI training but have yet to be accepted. These groups will offer opportunities for learning about IFS as well as a safe and supportive environment to begin to practice. 

Already-formed groups of 4-6 are welcome to contact me. Time commitment is extremely flexible - we can do a one-time or contract for more frequency. Fee for group is $125/per person.

Individual supervision allows us to help you deepen your IFS work. Fee for individual consultation is $250/45 minutes. Frequency is based on your needs.
